We are looking to recruit a new Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) to lead the delivery and development of our Equality Human Rights and Diversity policy . The policy, which was launched in 2019, is a corporate priority for the Arts Council and we are committed to ensuring it is embedded in everything we do.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced manager with a track record of delivering measurable change, the expert knowledge to advise colleagues at all levels on relevant EDI matters, and the leadership to guide the wider arts sector on an ambitious programme of change. You will be someone who has a deep understanding of the barriers that exist to participating in the arts, with a high degree of cultural sensitivity and a commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive environment where everyone can participate fully.
