Submissions now open for the Fishamble New Writing Award 2019

Submissions for the Fishamble New Writing Award are now open. To qualify for this award, an applicant’s work must be a new play showing as part of Dublin Fringe Festival 2019. Applicants must submit an electronic copy of their script to info@fishamble.com, along with their show's performance details, by Monday 6th of August.

The Fishamble New Writing Award includes targeted dramaturgical support for future writing to help the playwright. Support may include, for instance, a scholarship place on one of Fishamble’s playwriting courses, mentoring schemes and/or support through the New Play Clinic for the playwright’s next play.
