Creative Schools Week

Creative Schools Week will take place from 10-14 May, 2021. It is an opportunity to share, showcase, highlight, and connect all the exciting creative work that is being undertaken across all schools and to encourage our children and young people to show off their creativity.

During this week, we invite schools across the country to host their own celebration events, sharing the vast array of creative journeys being undertaken around the country with a wide audience.
In addition to celebrating schools’ achievements, there is an opportunity to learn about participating schools, their approach to creative learning, and the wider creative community that each school is part of.

In April we will be sending Creative Schools Week Packs with ideas on how to participate. We understand that all schools are unique and we know their events will be too! We’d love to hear from schools how they are celebrating the week, so please hashtag social media posts with #creativeschools. For further information please see the Arts Council’s Creative Schools website.
