Places Matter - Building inclusion in the arts
One year on from the conference Places Matter – Building inclusion in the arts and the launch of the Arts Council’s Equality Human Rights and Diversity Policy, we would like to capture the impact this event may have had on the policies, programmes and practices of the organisations who attended.
Now more than ever it is vital that meaningful connections are made with vulnerable and marginalised communities. We are keen understand the challenges organisations face in meeting their ambitions to be more inclusive in their development of the arts; and to identify the supports required for organisational change.
To look back at the Places Matter conference and to hear comments from contributors and audiences please see the highlights here:
The survey will be issued to organisations who attended the Places Matter conference on 27 and 28 March 2019 in NUIG Galway. If you attended the conference representing an organisation you can access the survey here. It remains open until 27 August
