Writer’s Fellowship position in Trinity College Dublin

Applications are invited from Irish writers of established reputation for a Writer’s Fellowship position in Trinity College Dublin, which is a joint initiative of the Arts Council and the Trinity School of English. The Writer’s Fellowship role is designed to provide a writer with a unique opportunity to develop his/her practice in a university environment while giving members of the university community the opportunity to engage with a practicing writer. The Fellowship will be tenable for the period 15 January 2019 to 30 May 2019 and the successful applicant will be paid a fee of €15,000.

Interested candidates are invited to submit a cover letter outlining their areas of interest, a full CV and the name and contact details of 3 referees (e-mail addresses if possible), addressed to the: Centre Executive Officer, Oscar Wilde Centre for Irish Writing, Ms Sophia Ní Sheoin; email wilde@tcd.ie

The closing date for applications will be no later than 12 noon on Friday 28 September 2018. It is anticipated that interviews of shortlisted candidates will take place in early November 2018.
