Music Moves Europe will promote the Music Sector in Europe

On 14 February 2018, Tibor Navracsics officially launched the Preparatory Action, Music Moves Europe: Boosting European Music Diversity and Talent. The European Parliament has approved the Preparatory Action and awarded a budget of €1.5 million for 2018.

The Music Moves Europe action will help test ideas and projects which could be replicated at a larger scale in the next generation of EU programmes. It evolved from two years of consultations between the European Commission and the stakeholders of the music sector in Europe, such as Live Europe, Impala, and Europe Jazz Network.   Read more here.
