Having delivered the first two phases of the RAISE programme with our programme delivery partners O'Kennedy Consulting, we are delighted to confirm the launch of RAISE Phase 3 and to invite organisations to submit an expression of interest to participate in this RAISE Programme. You can review all aspects of Phase 3 on  the Arts Council website -  http://www.artscouncil.ie/RAISE/  .   RAISE Phase 3 will continue and deepen the engagement with existing Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 & RAISE Up Fund organisations through a newly developed, tiered suite of opportunities:

- RAISE Academy
- RAISE Accelerate
- RAISE Advance
