The core theme running through the project is the future of waterfront heritage zones in post-industrial cities of Europe.

Activities for Memory of Water include 4 city labs, 3 international artist residency programmes, and 1 digital exhibition. The full programme of 23 interconnected activities is developed to meet the three priorities of the Creative Europe funding programme: capacity building, transnational mobility and audience development.
