Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council Public Art Programme: call for proposals for Traditional Music Public Art Commission

Deadline for submissions: Thursday 2 November @ 5 pm

This opportunity is for a per cent for art commission in the field of traditional music focusing on the creation of new work. The commission is open to either individuals or collaborators to apply. The commissioners are also open to traditional Irish music practitioners collaborating with practitioners in other traditional artforms (e.g. dance, storytelling).  The budget for the commission is €18,000 inclusive. 

Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council Arts Office will facilitate a briefing session for prospective applicants in dlr LexIcon, with input from the Arts Council. This will take place on Tuesday 17 October at 6.00pm in dlr LexIcon, Dún Laoghaire.
