Circostrada, ARTCENA, in partnership with Galway 2020 European Capital of Culture  and the ISACS Network invite you to join us for FRESH STREET#3 | International Seminar for the Development of Street Arts in Galway from 22 – 24th May 2019.

FRESH STREET#3 brings together over 250 artists, programmers, researchers, pedagogues, journalists, and policymakers from all over the globe for a multidimensional event focused on the development and promotion of art in the public space.

A diverse programme is guaranteed with panel discussions, workshops, professional exchanges, and exploration of the local context, including a special visit to the Aran islands. Delegates will also experience a number of outstanding artistic performances in the public realm.
