4. Reminder: Annual Funding 2010 closing date - 5:30 p.m, Thursday, 17 September, 2009

The closing date for receipt of applications for Annual Funding is 5.30 p.m., Thursday, 17 September, 2009. This deadline is for organisations seeking funding for activities happening in 2010.

Applicants may request a contribution towards both on-going administrative (e.g. staffing, annual salary costs, rent on premises) and artistic programme costs.

Annual Funding is offered once-a-year. This means that if you are looking for funding for activities taking place in 2010, you should apply in September 2009.

It is anticipated that decisions will be announced in January 2010.

Applications can be made using either the online application system or by completing a paper form. The Council encourages all organisations with Internet access to apply using the online application process. Organisations applying online will have an additional week - up to 5.30pm Thursday, 24 September 2009 - to provide their supporting documentation.
